It’s Spring at the Grande at Metropark

The flowers are blooming and the birds are chirping which could only mean one thing…it’s Spring at the Grande at Metropark.

Before our usual full calendar of resident events were put on hold, our families were able to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday! In the Lobby of Building 3, kids enjoyed sweet treats, Dr. Seuss themed coloring and activity pages as well as reading some of their favorite Dr. Seuss books!

As our Grande residents continue working, schooling and enjoying down time from the comfort of their apartments, resident events continue in new and exciting ways.

Our super popular Paint-A-Rock DIY Project is in full swing, with residents being sent river rocks and acrylic paint pens to decorate. Once restrictions have been lifted, our residents will have the opportunity to lay them around the community, leaving their mark and making the Grande even more beautiful.

The Grande at Metropark is saying THANK YOU to the staff of JFK Memorial Hospital in Edison, NJ. Residents are writing personal messages, thanking our local healthcare professionals for everything they are doing to help treat and fight the spread of COVID-19. The thank you cards are being sent virtually to show our support for all the brave men and women who keep us safe and healthy.

The Grande is home to so many amazing residents, many of whom are in the medical field working on the frontlines of this health crisis. We hold each of you and your families close in our thoughts and thank you for your heroic efforts.
